Reese Bottom will host a mid range prone match on Saturday November 18, 2017. This will be the last shooting for the 2017 season. The entry fee will be $15 and shooters can only shoot one gun. The course of fire will be 3 X 20 X 600. We will have a F-Open and

Surrell, you are right about the wind. It creates situations that most of us deal with poorly. I guess the fun is in the trying to get better. I do think that the way we divide the rifles at Reese Bottom is a fair way of doing things but one would have to admit that shooting over a bi pod and a mechanical front rest is much different. After yesterday afternoon, I do not think that person would be me. I shot into five different groups of hogs and only killed two. I have a Remington camo colored AR15 that I put a Tru Glo dot scope on and it does not work very well at 75 to 100 yards. The dot covers the entire hog and it has no magnification.
