I don’t think it is oil that is slowing you down. I think it is the increased friction from the extremely clean barrel. The fouling from the prior jackets will fill any imperfections in the bore making it slick.

Wynne, I think that it might be your Bi-pod and rear bag. I would recommend the Sinclair type bi-pod and a square of carpet w/ a regular rear bag. Tornado hit my Tree Farm. Text I got was Timber Destroyed! I’ll have to wait for some photos to know what exactly Destroyed means.

I use 0000 Steel Wool and a Sinclair Case Driver on a cordless drill! All of my cases are sorted for either Sighters or Record and numbered according to which row in the ammo box they sit.
