Yay, we just got a couple of inches of rain. First in a while. I’m not real sure how appealing the October match will be after all of the shooting at the Open Championship. Thanks again to all of you good shooters that participated in the event. For me, it was a huge success. Reese Bottom will host a long-range, V2 qualifier, match on Saturday October 17, 2026. The course of fire will be 3 X 20 X 1000 of individual fire plus a 2 X 15 of pair fire for the open and ftr divisions. Remember that we must have five good shooters in each division to qualify as a V2 match. If one does and one does not, we will let the ‘does’ shoot on. As I said, I do not know what to expect so I will post what we will be doing on Thursday night October 15 after 7:00 pm once we get the registration for the match closed. As before, I will take up to twenty-five good shooters with six able to shoot from a bench. I will have something to eat and drink and if you register for the match, please be here and ready to go by 8:00 am. Again, monitor the registrations and keep up with me here to make sure what we will be doing. Use this topic to register for the match. WWE
