Dave, good to hear from you. Global warming took us to 22* this morning here in west central Alabama but I am sure you would trade. Well, the first match of 2015 at Reese Bottom is this weekend, Feb. 21. Colin, if I had to offer someone beginning advice, it would all be related to safety. Arrive at Reese Bottom with your bolt removed from the rifle and I will assure you that the other good shooters will help with the rest. I sure hope that many of you good shooters are getting as excited as I am about the shoot this coming weekend. It will be a 30 shot benchrest match. Mr. Al, I shot an old BR load to fire form(30.1 Varget) but would maybe inch up a couple of tenths to 30.3 or so. The second firing I shot 32.4 Varget but would probably go to 33 if I had to redo it. Mr. Mike, good to hear from you and we hope all is well. I would love for you to shoot your gun in the hunting class. I am all about promoting shooting. The course of fire is as always.
