March 2021 Mid Range Prone Match

Reese Bottom will host a Mid Range Prone Match on Saturday March 20, 2021. This will be a 3/15/600 yard match as agreed upon by the shooters at the February match. There is a good bit of concern about the short supply of so many reloading components so we will cut back on some of the shooting. Please try to arrive by 8 am so that we can be hopefully shooting by 9 am. I will have a little something for breakfast and lunch and a few drinks. Plans are to use the BIG RED CLOCK to time the relays. We will use the 600 yard prone targets and the scoring will be done by the Shotmarker E-Target system. Plans are to make four spots available from the benches for good shooters not able to shoot from the prone position so as you sign up please mention if you wish to shoot from a bench. Otherwise you will be expected to shoot prone.

Registration for the March Mid Range Prone match is now closed. We have fifteen good shooters signed up for the match. Ten FTR and five Open shooters. Patricia, Richard, and Jamie will shoot first from the benches and they will be able to leave their stuff in place all day. We hope to be shooting by 9:00 am. I will have a little something for breakfast and lunch. We have had a boatload of rain this week and the water was high enough to get in the little house for the first time ever. Water came across the road at the culvert before you get to the railroad and the road is washed and rough so be careful. See everyone on Saturday. WWE
