How has your reloading equipment changes from when you 1st. Reloading until now. I’m basically still living in the 70’s other than using a mandrel and a in-line seater and annealing

Started out with a rcbs reloading kit and dies. Eventually moved to turning necks with a drill, bushing dies and now use an idod but have recently been playing with no turn chambers. Have my own reamers now, went from benchsource annealer to amp. Still have my rcbs chargemaster but use a v4 and a Supertrickler. Both are very nice setups, can’t decide which one I like more. These days, I’m all about efficiency with two little girls that keep me busy.

The best thing to happen to my reloading experience is the wife letting me claim one of the children’s bedrooms and moving everything inside. But between the reloading and stuff for the matches, things are getting crowded. Over the years I have accumulated a lot of custom-made stuff mostly specific for my chambered round. My biggest concern with my reloading is not being able to create a consistent neck tension. No matter what I do, the amount of pressure to seat the bullet seems to vary more than I think it should. With that being said, I have no idea how much difference it takes to make a difference. I enjoy the reloading process once I get into it but must admit that I do not put a maximum effort into reloading. Definitely room for improvement. WWE
