So what is your barrel cleaning process

Richard, lots of these fellas must be shooting dirty barrels. For me, most months Suze and I leave after the match and go to Gulf Shores. That being said, it is usually a week or so before I clean the rifle. I saturate a bore mop with Kroil and run four wet ones down the barrel and then wet the thing good and leave it in the neck for a time. When I come back, I will run a brass brush back and forth five times. Then a couple of dry patches which are always black. Next a couple of Boretech Eliminator patches. Then I mix Iosso and J B and coat the barrel well, brush, clean up with more Boretech, couple of patches of carburetor cleaner, admire how clean she got. I am not promoting these products, many others will accomplish the same thing. WWE

I have shot the 6mm dasher lately. Something else that I forgot is that after letting the Kroil soak in the neck, I have a 30 cal. brass brush that I spin in the throat. Seems to eliminate any type of carbon ring. Just me, WWE

Mr. Wynne I’m a firm believer in Kroil and that’s close to what I do other than let a wet patch soak in the throat but I will start doing. I gotta figure how to beat your Dasher 🤷‍♂️
