Reese Bottom will host a long range prone match on Saturday April 15, 2023. The course of fire will be 3 X 20 X 1000. There will be an Open Division and a FTR Division. You are expected to register for the match by Thursday night April 13, at 7:00 pm. Registration will be closed at that time or when we have a total of (20) twenty rifles registered, whichever comes first. We will take only four bench shooters. Sorry about the limits but we only have four targets and I need to be through before dark. Please plan to arrive before 8:00 am so that we can get started on time. I will have some food and drinks. If you reserve one of the spots and end up needing to cancel, please let me know by Wednesday night the 12th so I can let anyone on standby know. Okay, we have locked the registration door for the April Long Range Prone Match. We have fourteen good shooters registered, eight Open and six FTR. Please arrive before 8:00 am so that we can get things set up and ready to shoot by 8:30 or so. I will have a few drinks and the Mrs. is getting pizza for lunch. As usual, it will be wet. We had some pretty nasty weather today but it did not rain all that much. I got enough grass cut that we should be okay around the shed. Be careful, I killed a great big rattlesnake going to and from yesterday. Look forward to seeing everyone Saturday. WWE
