What does it mean to ‘chase the spotter’ and why is it a no no in F Class shooting? Thanks in advance. WWE

For me chasing the spotter is not looking at the condition that you are shooting in on the shot that is about to be taken instead you are looking only the shot placement of the last shot with no regard to the condition that shot was taken in. If this is the approach taken you will always be behind the wind condition and may never be able to understand why the shots are where they are. Thanks to Britt and gunny, when I got in to this type of shooting, I was shown a few things about reading the condition and paying attention to what it does to a shot and then try to remember to look for that condition again if it did something different to the shot and this is suppose to keep me from chasing the spotter but that doesn’t mean I don’t get caught up in the moment a forget to do what I was taught.
