I will use this topic to announce the March 2024 Long Range Prone Match. Please register your attendance below in this topic. The match will be held on Saturday, March 16. Please try to be here shortly after 7:30 so that we can get things going by 8:30. If the weather is questionable, please check here before leaving home. This is my only means of communication. Remember also, I can only handle twenty good shooters with four able to shoot from a bench. I will have food and drinks so just plan to bring your “A” game. Plans are to use the big red clock to time each relay. 3 X 20 X 1000. Twenty minutes to shoot unlimited sighters but the record string must be completed within the twenty minutes. I will have a target at 100 yards if anyone needs to verify their zero. To protect the electronics, I would ask those with an oily barrel to dump a couple in the dirt. Each good shooter will have up to an hour of shooting time available. This should allow for a little more shooting than we have been accustomed to if the good shooter comes prepared. If you wish to come unprepared, you are on your own for the twenty minutes. Little to no help will be available. It has been mentioned in another topic this month that the noise under the shed can be a major distraction. I would love to eliminate that. My wish is for all to have a pleasant experience. WWE
