February 2022 is about here so let’s turn our attention towards getting ready to do some long-range shooting. I have made a decision to start the year on Saturday February 19, 2022 with a fun day at the range. We will put up a ShotMarker target at 1000 yards and everyone attending can shoot all they want. After everyone has shot some, we can have a small shoot off of some sort. I will have food and drinks so please bring a friend that might be interested in what we do. We need shooters to keep the matches competitive. Let’s gather a little before 9 am and stay as long as people are shooting.
I have not heard from any of you since we shot last. I hope all is well with each of you and that everyone has found plenty of reloading supplies for the upcoming year. The time has come to report in. I do know that Steve Gilley has been very sick and that Scott Parten fell snowboarding and hurt himself. Suze and I have been hacking for a couple of weeks but are still able to go. I hope that many of you will plan to attend on the 19th and I ask that you use this topic to let me know your intentions. If this does not interest you, please let us just hear from you. We will kick off the competitions on March 19, 2022 with a 2 X 20 X 1000. I am open to suggestions if any of you would like to try to create something a little different. Please let your thoughts be known, WWE

Hello Mr. Wynne and fellow shooters, I’ve been watching the web sight, and it has been quiet. I’m ready to kick off a new year of shooting. 2021 seemed to be a tough year for a lot of us and maybe this year will be a lot kinder to us. I have loaded a few rounds in anticipation of shooting soon. I’m ready when y’all are.

Getting interested in smelling some powder! Hope this frigid weather gets better by then. I still have a blurry left eye and was supposed to have surgery again on Jan. 6th but got Covid instead. I took the rough route with pneumonia in both lungs and in the hospital on oxygen several days. I’m about back to normal and ready to shoot a little.

Looks like we survived the weather that came through last night but we did get quite a bit of rain. It is nasty out today but the forecast is much better for tomorrow. We will get things going around nine in the morning. I will have drinks and something for lunch. Eat breakfast before you come. Look forward to seeing all of you in the morning. Should have a decent crowd. Two have asked if we were having a competition. Nothing like we normally do but bring enough rounds that when everyone gets done maybe we can have some type of shoot off. I have been asked about the Labradar. It will be there. Should be a fun day. WWE
