Ruger has sent Chatom Police Chief one of their new .308 precision rifles to test and evaluate. He writes articles about new rifles and equipment. He called me to ask if we could put one of my NF scopes on it and help him put it through the paces! Will be reporting on how well this $1000 rifle will really shoot. They are also sending a 6.5 Creedmoor to test. I’m looking forward to getting my hands around these.

Steve, I prepaid & ordered one in .308 over two months ago. Still hasn’t come in yet. Please update us with results on it’s performance, I believe you can wring out all the accuracy it has to offer!

I’ve been intrigued about these myself. Any word on it? I know a load would have to be worked out to really get the most out of it, but I am curious how well Ruger did in make a precision rifle.
