During the June BR match at Reese Bottom; I had a problem “getting on” the sighter plate during a distance change. Mea culpa, I most likely turned the elevation screw the wrong direction, and couldn’t see the impact location.
I asked for help, and the other shooters on the relay and the range master, pitched in and got me on target during the time limit. They used their time to help me! Sure makes a man feel good.
The point is; there are fine shooters at Reese Bottom and there is an atmosphere of comraderie that exceeds that of any range I have experience with.
