Yesterday’s long range prone match ends the 2021 shooting year at Reese Bottom. Congrats to all the year’s winners and thanks to everyone that participated in the matches throughout the year. The November match was a 2 X 20 X 1000. Hopefully loading components will soon begin to become more available and we can increase our shooting back to normal matches. I have updated the home page, the photos page and the results page, so please visit each page. Surrell, Champion Sniper, Franklin finished the year really shooting well[even in a medical boot]. He mentioned yesterday that he was ending his eighth year of perfect attendance which means that he and I have spent a lot of third Saturdays together. Thanks again for your support of the matches and to all that are so willing to pitch in a help see that things get done. Not sure yet if we will start back up in February or wait until March. Would love to hear from everyone that had a fond memory at Reese Bottom this past year. Suze and I hope that each of you have a very special holiday season. WWE

Only made a couple matches this year at Reese Bottom due to health issues. Always enjoy shooting up there and competing with all the great shooters. Hopefully 2022 will be better for me but at the moment the Doc is saying I’m legally blind in left eye. They are still trying to clear up my eye and it my require another surgery! I can’t see my reticle in my scope nor a 3” orange dot at 100 yards on 32X! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season with family and friends. Maybe I’ll be able to get back in the game by spring!

I’m a little late here but I just wanted to say thank you Wynne for another great year at Reese Bottom! I don’t get to come to as many as I would like but I always look forward to shooting every year. This has been a tough year for us as a family but we are looking forward to a fresh start in 2022. I hope to have rebuilt my reloading and shooting gear by match time! Thanks again for putting on the matches and hope to see everyone in 2022!
